Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EET will be processed the next business day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Lithuanian public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Lithuania: Delivery within up to 2 business days.
  • European Union (EU): Delivery within up to 6 business days.
  • Other Countries: Delivery within up to 10 business days. Please note that customs handling may extend delivery times.
• Express Shipping:
  • Delivery within 2-4 business days via either FedEx or DHL Express, depending on the destination and availability.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide.
• Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@inavatishop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
• Please note that we do not include insurance in the basic shipping costs. If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let us know in advance.
